Accounts and Subscriptions Account Creation: You must create an account to use certain features. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. Subscriptions and Credits: The Service is billed on a subscription basis ("Plans") which grant a specific number of "Credits" per billing cycle (monthly or yearly). Credits do not roll over to the next billing cycle unless otherwise stated. Billing and Renewal: By providing a payment method (e.g., via Stripe), you authorize us to charge your subscription fees automatically. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled prior to the end of the current billing cycle. Refunds: Due to the high computing costs of AI generation, all purchases and subscription fees are non-refundable once Credits have been utilized, except where required by law. 4. Intellectual Property and User Content Your Inputs: You retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the text prompts, images, links, or other data you upload ("Inputs"). You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses to use these Inputs. AI Outputs: Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we assign to you all rights, title, and interest in the images and videos generated by the Service based on your Inputs ("Outputs"). You are free to use the Outputs for commercial advertising purposes. Similarity of Outputs: Due to the nature of generative AI, Outputs may not be unique across users, and the Service may generate the same or similar results for other users. 5. Acceptable Use Policy You agree NOT to use the Service to: Generate content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or explicit (NSFW). Infringe upon the intellectual property rights, privacy, or publicity rights of others. Create deepfakes, impersonate any person, or spread misinformation. Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract the underlying AI models or source code. 6. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific marketing outcomes (e.g., guaranteed ROAS).
